Three peeps from the QC gang got to join in on the fun at SWEAT a couple of weekends ago, where we succumbed to an intense, fast-paced “express” step class by owner and instructor MJ Karp. We left out the building feeling invigorated and dripping. A great way to start a fun-filled holiday weekend!
